John Beers has been in the Sanitary Supply Industry for 31 years.  He started as a regional manager for Flo-Pac in 1990.  He joined Wind Associates in 1998.  He as been an owner of Wind Associates since 2003 and he took over as the President in 2009. John is also the President of Wind NW. He served on the YES Council from 1998-2003 and received the YES Industry Special Achievement Award in 2003 because of his dedication to the Council.  John has completed two tours with the ISSA Manufacturers Representative Council.  He is currently serving on the ISSA Board of Directors as the Representative Director.

Dave Morrison has been in the Sanitary Supply Industry as a manufacturers representative for 32 years.  He started working in the business with his father in a rep firm that his grandfather started in 1912.  Dave merged his company with Wind Associates  in 2000 and became an owner in 2007.  Dave is also an owner of Wind NW.  Dave enjoys outdoor activities - snow skiing in the winter, hiking and backpacking in the summer.  He lives in the Portland area and has been married to his wife Mindy for 27 years.  They have two grown children, Ross and Kassie.

Tamara has been with Wind since 2016.  She brings 14 years experience in the construction industry from project management for residential housing to regional sales management in flooring.  Tamara is currently the Director of Architectural Business Development for Wind Northwest and spends her days educating architects and designers on products and code compliance in an effort to provide the right products for their project.  Tamara also provides continuing education for architects and designers on building codes, fire codes, multi-gen and multicultural design, as well as, sustainability.

Sidi has been in the Jan San Industry for 6 years, working with Wind Northwest as the pricing administrator.  Sidi has a bachelors degree in Global Trade and Logistics. She has 17 years of combined experience in customer service, account management and sales.

 Kristin Rubin comes to us from Bobrick Washroom Equipment working at both their California and Oklahoma facilities. Her experience ranges from Customer Service, Internal and External Sales, Marketing, and Management. She has over 10 years combined experience.
